Richard W. Molden, CPBA

Rich Molden is a nationally recognized Performance Consultant and Sports Behaviorist who has worked with a diverse group of clients ranging from multi-national corporations and professional industry associations, entrepreneurs and professional practices, to championship motorsport teams and PGA Tour stars.

Rich has over 25 years of expertise in helping organizations develop and thrive through better assessing performance, performance objectives and accountabilities. He is an expert at diagnosing the real factors that differentiate poor from exceptional performance in individuals, teams and organizations using validated assessment tools to arrive at his conclusions. He is a sought after speaker in the areas of success psychology, customer connection and employee selection. His enthusiastic and imaginative approach to business, as well as his passion for people, enables him to design, develop and present impactful and sustainable performance programs for PDG Clients.

Mr. Molden is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst and certified in Trimetrix®, DISC and values training. He has received several leadership and outstanding sales and service achievement awards and has been recognized for his contributions by industry associations such as the AMA, ADAPSO, AFIPS, the American Business Press and BPAA. Steven M. Swavely, Ph.D.

Steve Swavely has a unique background that includes extensive training and experience in applied behavioral assessment, human potential assessment, business consulting, and business ownership. After earning his Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology from Georgia State University, he founded and managed the Neuropsychological Assessment Laboratory in the Department of Physical Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. He also started and managed a large successful private practice, which focused on psychological, behavioral, and neuropsychological assessment.

In addition to his training and work as a neuropsychologist, Dr. Swavely has provided consulting services to individuals exploring potential business ownership, applying his knowledge of psychology, statistics, and decision-making processes to improve individual results. He is a sought after presenter in the area of success psychology, having done business workshops and seminars for a number of different audiences, including The Association of Small Business Development Centers, The Small Business Resource Centers, Veterans Administration, The International Franchise Exposition, as well as multiple professional organizations.

Dr. Swavely's current interests focus on the research and application of behavioral and neuropsychological technology to improve and enhance performance in customer satisfaction, leadership development, teambuilding, conflict resolution, business system development, employee selection, and effective business succession planning.
